This Privacy Policy explains how Vision Game handles information when you use the mobile or web application.
Information you provide
You can use personal vision features locally without creating an account. If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, authentication information, and account identifiers needed to sign you in and synchronize data.
The content you choose to enter may include vision statements, reasons, focus areas, stages, quests, reflections, commitments, notification preferences, invitations, and shared-space activity.
Shared spaces and invitations
Couples and group spaces are private to authenticated members. Other members can see the shared vision, member display names, commitments, reflections, and relevant activity within that space.
When you invite someone, we process the invitee email address and optional name so the invitation can be delivered and matched to the intended account. Only invite people whose contact information you are authorized to use.
Safety reports and blocking
If you submit a safety report, we collect your account identifier, the shared space and reported account identifiers, your selected reason and details, and a snapshot of the reported member information or content as it existed when reported. This information is used to investigate abuse, enforce the Terms, protect users, and comply with law.
When you block someone, we store the relationship needed to hide content they created and prevent certain direct interactions. The blocked person is not shown who blocked them. Authorized Bomett Labs personnel may access reports and related records for moderation, support, security, and legal purposes.
Safety records may be kept after content or an account is deleted when reasonably necessary to document enforcement, prevent repeat abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Reports are not sold or used for advertising.
Notifications and device information
If you enable notifications, we store your reminder preferences, device platform, and an Expo push token needed to deliver reminders and shared-space updates. You can disable notifications in Vision Game or your device settings.
When you contact support, the app may prepare non-identifying diagnostics such as app version, platform, cloud configuration status, and sign-in status. You can review the email before sending it. Private vision content is not automatically included.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, synchronization, shared spaces, invitations, progress tracking, reminders, reporting, blocking, moderation, support, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Vision Game does not contain advertising, sell personal information, or use third-party advertising trackers.
Service providers and transfers
We use Supabase for authentication, database, realtime synchronization, and server functions, and Expo services for application builds and push-notification delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Retention, deletion, and control
Local-only information remains on your device until you clear it or remove the app. Cloud information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, and service operation.
You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud data from Account → Account and data → Delete account. Deleting a shared space you created may remove that space for every member. You can also contact us for privacy assistance.
Security and children
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, private membership rules, and other reasonable safeguards. No service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your device and account credentials.
Vision Game is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Do not provide a child’s personal information through the service.
Your rights and policy changes
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how information is handled.
